Guangzhou Exchange Group Co., Ltd. (Guangzhou Public Resource Trading Center) was registered on December 1, 2021. Sponsored by the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee and the People's Government of Guangzhou, it is a municipal-administered enterprise focusing on public resource and factor trading. As a "Double Hundred Enterprise" under SASAC's SOE reform initiative and a National High-tech Enterprise, it is China's first public resource trading platform with transaction volume exceeding one trillion yuan, ranking among the top nationwide.
Rooted in its functional enterprise positioning, the Group adheres to the brand mission of "realizing efficient resource allocation and facilitating market value discovery" and upholds the service philosophy of "Transparency, Standardization, Intelligence and Efficiency". The Group's core businesses include public resource trading and various property right & factor transactions, such as engineering construction bidding, government procurement, transfer of state-owned construction land use rights, mining right trading, urban renewal investment promotion, centralized procurement of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, state-owned property right trading, public property leasing, special asset trading, cultural & sports & tourism resource trading, technology property right trading, and carbon emission right trading. Its services cover six levels from national to village levels, radiating most provinces in South and Central China, and expanding to Xinjiang, Shandong, Guizhou, Chongqing and other regions.
