INTRODUCTION
To further implement the guiding principles of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on the work related to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers (the "Three Rural Issues"), Guangzhou Rural Property Rights Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Rural Property Exchange") takes the thorough resolution of issues concerning collective land and property rights in our city as an opportunity. It actively expands the types of transactions for rural property rights and collective assets, accelerates the circulation of rural land, real estate, stalls, equipment, equity, funds, and intangible assets, and builds a unified service platform for the circulation and transaction of rural property rights (collective assets). The Exchange conducts businesses related to the transaction of rural property rights factors, the practice of market-oriented reform of rural land, the exploration of the ecological value of natural resources, and decision-making consulting for agricultural and rural development.
With the mission of serving the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy and the advancement of Guangdong Province’s "Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand Project", the Guangzhou Rural Property Rights (Collective Assets) Circulation and Trading Service Platform is a comprehensive service platform established under the supervision and guidance of the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. It provides services for market entities such as rural collectives, village collective companies, and individual farmers in matters related to rural property rights circulation and rural collective assets trading.
The Platform has always adhered to the philosophy of "reaching deep into villages and towns, taking the initiative to provide on-site services, and setting up resident service points". Focusing on improving pre-transaction and post-transaction services, strengthening the connection between supply and demand, and increasing transaction premium rates, it continuously extends its service chain. By giving full play to the decisive role of the market in resource allocation, the Platform injects new impetus into the development of the rural collective economy and promotes the standardized development of rural property rights circulation and trading.
Since 2022, Guangzhou Rural Property Exchange has carried out comprehensive cooperation with Nansha District, Liwan District, Huangpu District, and Tianhe District respectively. The cooperation focuses on jointly building district-level rural collective asset trading platforms and advancing the development of a standardized system for rural property rights circulation and trading. At present, its service scope covers all districts in Guangzhou. It has completed a total of approximately 5,800 rural property rights circulation and trading projects, involving a total transaction volume of about 15.5 billion yuan and driving the value appreciation of village collectives by more than 3 billion yuan.
