To implement the work arrangement of the Guangzhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) for advancing the sunshine procurement of state-owned enterprises (SOEs), Guangzhou Exchange Group has carefully built the Guangzhou SOE Sunshine Procurement Information Release Platform. Adhering to the principles of convenience and efficiency, standardization, and safety and reliability, the platform provides two information release modes for SOEs: independent information entry and connection with enterprises’ own systems. It realizes the "integration of SOE procurement information on a single platform" and, at the same time, serves as a powerful tool for regulatory authorities to strengthen the management of SOEs, helping to promote SOEs to continuously improve the intensification, standardization and transparency of procurement transactions.
