To ensure the smooth operation of supervision and reporting channels, relevant information regarding the petition and reporting hotline and postal mailbox of the Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision Institution of Guangzhou Exchange Group Co., Ltd. is hereby announced.
Scope of Accepted Petitions and Reports
- Reports and accusations against violations of Party discipline (including violations of political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, mass discipline, work discipline, and life discipline) by Party organizations and Party members within the jurisdiction of the Group.
- Reports and accusations against duty-related violations and crimes committed by supervision targets within the jurisdiction of the Group, such as failure to perform duties in accordance with the law, violations of regulations on fair use of power, integrity in government service and professional practice, and moral ethics, as well as suspected embezzlement and bribery, abuse of power, dereliction of duty, power-for-rent, benefit transfer, favoritism and malpractice, and waste of state assets.
- Reports and accusations against other disciplinary and illegal acts that shall be handled by the Group's Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision Department in accordance with relevant provisions.
- Appeals filed by Party organizations and Party members within the jurisdiction of the Group who disagree with the Party disciplinary sanctions or other dispositions made by the Group's Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision Department.
- Applications for review and re-review submitted by supervision targets within the jurisdiction of the Group who disagree with the decisions involving themselves made by the Group's Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision Department.
- Appeals filed by respondents and their close relatives against acts committed by the Group's Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision Department and its staff that violate laws and regulations and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of respondents.
- Opinions and suggestions put forward on the improvement of Party conduct and clean government, and the fight against corruption.
Petition Matters Not Accepted
- Matters that have already been resolved or should be resolved in accordance with the law through litigation, arbitration, administrative adjudication, administrative reconsideration, or other channels.
- Matters that fall within the scope of responsibilities of other authorities or entities in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Matters that only list the names of disciplinary violations, duty-related violations, or duty-related crimes but contain no substantive content.

Notes for Exercising the Right to Petition and Report
- You shall abide by laws and regulations, and must not illegally assemble around the office premises of government agencies or entities or in public places; besiege or storm government agencies or entities; intercept official vehicles; or block or disrupt traffic.
- You must not carry dangerous articles or controlled instruments; insult, assault, or threaten staff members of government agencies or entities; illegally restrict others' personal freedom; or damage property. You must not stay in or cause trouble at petition reception venues, or leave persons who are unable to care for themselves at such venues. You must not instigate, collude with, coerce, or induce others by offering money or property to petition, or manipulate others to petition behind the scenes; nor may you take advantage of petitioning to collect money under false pretenses.
- You shall truthfully provide all the information and evidence you have, bear responsibility for the authenticity of the content of your accusation or report, and must not exaggerate or distort facts or falsely accuse and frame others.
- You shall accept the correct handling opinions of the Party organization or the entity, and must not put forward requirements beyond those stipulated in Party regulations, laws, and administrative regulations; you shall keep confidential the feedback on handling results and other relevant information.
