In accordance with the work arrangements of the Provincial Government, Guangzhou Data Exchange is built under the principle of "co-construction by the province and city, and coordination between Guangzhou and Foshan". It is prepared and supervised by the Provincial Department of Data and Digital Government, operated under the leadership of Guangzhou Municipal Government, and the specific market operation and management work is undertaken by Guangzhou Exchange Group. As the leading enterprise, Guangzhou Exchange Group has actively invested in license resources, talent resources, fund resources, data resources and technical resources, and completed the preparation work with a high standing, high standards, high quality and high efficiency. Through coordination with national, provincial and municipal market supervision departments, Guangzhou Data Exchange has become the first trading venue in China whose registered business scope includes "data exchange business" in its corporate registration.
