INTRODUCTION

In active response to the strategic deployment of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Communist Party of China Central Committee, which calls for "establishing and improving a unified, standardized and information-sharing public resource trading platform system covering public bidding, procurement by governments, public institutions and state-owned enterprises", Guangzhou Exchange Group has newly launched the Guangzhou Public Resources Procurement Platform through its subsidiary, Guangzhou Sunshine Procurement Service Co., Ltd.
